SOLVED. YA book about a girl who is a vampire protector who is hired to protect a boy [s]

I read this book a couple of years ago around 2011 which was about a girl who is a vampire to help protect a family of rich vampires but the grandson of the guy who wants her to do this has no clue the rest of his family are vampires. it is not the vampire academy. This book is part of series but I only read the first book.

It's not the Morganville Vampires is it? It's the closest thing I could find but the female isn't a vampire but there are a lot and they are protectors. The first one is called Glass House?
