Examine the masterpieces pictured below, and read a book with the title you imagined.

Book 1 I chose A Day at the Beach by Geoffrey A. Wolff to pair with this painting Mary Cassatt This looks to me like two little girls enjoying a Day at the Beach

Book 2 I chose Still Life with Bread Crumbs by Anna Quindlen to pair with this painting ,Cezanne My knowledge of art is sadly pitiful but I have been told that fruit in a bowl is called a Still
Life. I imagine that the life part is the fruit which was once alive (life) and the other inanimate objects in the painting are "bread crumbs" or extras to compliment the main subject of the painting.
