Thanks Janet…I got it:)

Well, that all just sucks, Heather. Sorry your vacation wasn't nicer. Hopefully spring will hit Manchester full force soon!

Yes, hopefully. No worries, it's always a bit hit and miss in the spring but now that the children are older we will be able to choose our dates in the future instead of having to go in the school holidays.
I told my son that I met a retired US doctor online and he asked me what your specialism was but my memory is so poor that I couldn't recall.

Apparently he hasn't had that many lectures on infectious diseases up to now. However, he has found it an interesting subject to date. He's currently at home revising hard for his 2nd year exams.

He's working hard at the moment. :)

Hello my name is Sharon and I am an exercise addict - it has been four days since my last workout!!!!!!!

Does this count as exercise?

Because otherwise I am useless! :(

LOL I have wibbly wobbly arms after tonight as there was a lot of snatching and a lot of split jerking then they threw in some wall ball shots some jack knives and a bit of rowing - puggled!!
Everyone all ok? I know I haven't been saying much for last few days. Kids still on Easter holidays ... but I am around and lurking!!! ;-)

OH LORD!!! Titas you are hilarious!!! Thanks for the laugh this morning. I've got a sick young man on my hands and been up all night caring for him. I was a little grouchy when I got up but this ...this....this just MADE MY DAY! (BIG smiles)

You're welcome Freda. Glad I could help. And best of luck to both of you!! {hugs}

What about all of you? What are your favourite exercises?

Aerobic breathing.

Agree; great lyrics.

Jenni - really good. Thanks for sharing. Posted on my Facebook.
Jenni,
Yes I loved these two boys and how well they did last year on BGT.
A great song, done so well with great words and a great rapper.

"when this came into the store, i thought "huzzah" because i already own two of her other books that looked really good. of course, i have not read them. this is the way i operate - i buy books and i squirrel them away until it feels right to read them, frequently owning several books by a single author who looks good to me, without having anything upon which to base that impression.it is a very peculiar kind of madness."

yes Pat, this describes me perfectly too! I have over 600 unread books sitting on my shelves......just in case! When we moved house last year my husband made noises about getting rid of them - until I threatened his TV remote!

As I sit in heaven
And watch you everyday
I try to let you know with signs
I never went away
I hear you when you’re laughing
And watch you as you sleep
I even place my arms around you
To calm you as you weep
I see you wish the days away
Begging to have me home
So I try to send you signs
So you know you are not alone
Don’t feel guilty that you have
Life that was denied to me
Heaven is truly beautiful
Just you wait and see
So live your life, laugh again
Enjoy yourself, be free
Then I know with every breath you take
You’ll be taking one for me…

Sorry for your loss Sonya.

Sincerest condolences, Sonya

LOL Sandy. I know I hoard books all the time. I'm worried "they" (whoever that is) will get rid of my selections and I won't be able to get them in the future if I wait. Silly!

I cannot go into a thrift shop without coming out with a bag of books....I take two back in to donate and come out with 10 (and a jigsaw or 2 - but that's another story!)
Besides, you are right about "them".....you never know when or where they may strike. You just have to look at all the book burnings that have occurred throughout history. Perhaps we should "hide" our stashes? lol!

Cancer does suck.
My condolences.
Ha, I never have enough books. I tell my husband that I "have" to go to the library. He says "why, you have a ton of books in the house" me…"it's not the same", lol.

Same here every time I go to the library with an arm load of books and bring home the same amount I get told I can't really plan on reading that much??
