Luffy Sempai (luffy79) The leaf from which Stevia is made has a sweet taste naturally, before any processing. There have been some rumors that Stevia, ironically, is more of a stronger suspect as a health hazard than artificial sugars like aspartame. There have been cases where reportedly Stevia has been shown to bond with the test subject's DNA. Aspartame's status is less hazardous. I found all this from an old video on youtube by Concordance.

I was thinking the same. A friend helps me, but his idea of what clean is isn't the same as mine.

Rob Kaufman (rob_kaufman) | 42 comments I think I'll just stick with agave syrup.

Rob - I have also tried Truvia and my daughter bought me a Stevia plant to use for sugar substitute since I am diabetic. I had terrible heart palpitations (I also have a heart murmur). I looked up info and Stevia is used to increase blood pressure and heart rate for those who are low in that area. I'm sticking to organic sugar, just use sparingly.

Janet - I agree with Christine and Sean. Let your Mum clean and she can come here - clean my house and I'll take her on a tour of the Midwest.

message 4819: by Aymen (new)

Aymen Ben cheikh My cousin passed away in a car crash, he left a 2 year old daughter, his younger brother passed away four years ago.. It really hard for his family, may Allah bless his soul and help them . Yesterday i was wondering, how am i going to die and when? I have no answers for these questions, but all i know is this: I m still alive, and someday, maybe today, i m going to die there is no doubt. So i have to live my life and stop thinking too much and worrying too much. And i have to try to be a better person, help people and get closer to God because someday i won t be able to do good, someday i m going to be just a memory.

I guess it depends what you want. My favorite audiobooks are Susan Ericksen narrating (performing) J.D. Robb's In Death series.

The audiobooks of Rhys Bowen's Royal Spyness are well done too.

I recently listened to Dead Water on my i-pod. Great story and the narrator has a lovely voice. 8:D

Janet - would you mum like to come to NZ?

Aymen - I am so sorry for your and your families loss. We can only be the best that we can be; and we should not beat ourselves up if occasionally we trip or fail, for we are only human. Peace and love 8:D
