At the time I heard about that it was before I read the first book, and I felt so bad for all the fans. And then I randomly decided to read the book, and I loved it.
So now you understand the pain that this new release date is hahah
Yes I do, and it is unfortunate for my emotions in this agonizing wait for that last bok.
Believe MY frustration. I read this book in April 2013, wich is a whole year ago. Back then, the release date was set in October 2013. Since then I've witnessed the release date being pushed back time after time, and now it's been pushed back 13 months.And this is so frustrationg because it's by far the best book i've ever read, and i really need iiiiit. I mean am i going to have to wait 19 months so read the next book? soo unfaiiirr.
The positive that's come out of this is that my birthday is Nov 2nd meaning it'll be a great late birthday to myself!
WHAT IN THE WORLLLLLLD IS GOING ON WITH MICHELLE HODKIN?Seriously, I read this book almost 5 months ago, and I haven't read the Evolution yet, but I own it. I can't believe this. I mean it's right by my birthday but STILL I don't want to read the Evolution until it's closer to the release date of the Retribution. WHAT IF SHE'S CHANGING THE WHOLE STORY AND MAKING SOMEONE REALLY IMPORTANT DIE IN THE END? Ugggggh whyyyy are you doing this to us Michelle Hodkin?

Ugh I probably wouldn't have started reading it yet if I knew it was going to be that far away. I guess I'll take my time reading book two then.
This is driving me insane lol! I mean you don't write a HUGE cliffhanger and then delay the next book a million times! Bluggh
Guys...I read book 2 the week that it was released...I've been waiting since October 2012! I'm going insane with anticipationAt first it was meant to be released early 2013, then June 2013, November 2013, July 2014 AND NOW ITS SET FOR NOVEMBER 2014!!!! I think I'm going to cry...
Even before I read the first book, I did feel really bad for the fans who read the first two books. Since I do know Evolution ends in a cliffhanger (don't tell me what it is!) and the fans have been waiting nearly two years for this last book. And now that I have read the first one, I understand the pain and agony waiting to the last book.
That's exactly why I haven't read TEoMD, because I heard the word cliffhanger and I got scared, so I decided to wait, but every time I get close to my book shelf, I really want to grab it and read it, I just hope I can resist it a little bit more!
OMG JUST READ IT. PLEASE. It's not worth waiting until closer to the release date for Retribution, just read it! You'll love it and it makes waiting even better when the book finally comes out and the suspense can be over!
I just read the second book I'm emotionally crushed. Why? I want to scream why I can't wait that long.
I'm reading the first book now and i had no idea about this pushing the date back for the 3rd book. I kinda regret starting the series now so early before the last release date :/
They're such good books though and I am so annoyed that the date got pushed back, but at the same time we can't control that... I'll just be happy when it FINALLY does get released haha
I feel the same way, but I am glad that she didn't release it if she wasn't satisfied and she knew the readers wouldn't be either. I think it is worth waiting for something we will enjoy rather than a disappointment.
Um the ending killed me
Yeah. Evolution ended in a way that can never be forgiven because honestly WHY. I WAS LIKE HYSTERICAL AFTER READING IT. I COULDN'T GET A GRIP. Hahah
I threw a fit when I found out, like I was screaming at my computer and my mom ran in thinking I was being attacked or something haha.
We can also talk about how Evolution ended because holy cow CLIFF HANGERS.
Spoiler Alert for Retribution: Noah is going to be so gorgeous and not you-know-what-if-you-read-the-second-book in it. Yeah, you can't do that to him.
