Can Librarians delete editions like these? And you just combined this edition with the others with the same title like you would ordinarily? Just in case, for the next time ;)

Lisa - the Wise blood was a specific edition - it was a 1990 edition with a specific publisher - you must have deleted it before I could comment.

No - I was looking at it and it disappeared. I think you can look at your edits and undo you most recent ones. The publisher started with an Har.... somthing.
Melody, I'll check. I'm not sure we can undo deletes although I know we can undo edits to editions/books. I may be able to go through my history and recreate. I'll do my best to undo/fix.
I found the edit but for some reason I'm not finding any undos for any edits. Where is that feature?!Here's what I found in case anyone can fix besides myself:

I looked it World Cat and none of the 1990 editions have a publisher that began with Har. Maybe it was an erroneous edition after all.

Oh geez, I just realized that you guys are discussing the one that I asked to have deleted. Are you guys super sure that was a real edition? The other one I deleted by that user had some poor info, along with a similar ISBN.
No - I'm not sure - I had just started looking at it and saw that it had a different published date and a different publisher than the other listed editions. Then when clicked to look at all editions - it was gone.

Yes, I don't usually ever delete an edition if I see someone has bothered to add a publisher or a date (before 2007, which could just be the year the member manually added it) or any other specific information such as a cover. I didn't notice those. (Obviously, I should not do this work when I'm overly frazzled. I hate it when my editions are deleted so I'm usually very careful.)
Well, I can't find a valid edition that fits.

You said this was a manual adder? Could you either post or send me a pm with a link to their profile please? I will message them if they accept messages and ask about their edition and try to get it back in the database if it's a real edition.

And if anyone has better luck than me, feel free to add it back. It won't help the 23 people who put it on their shelves, but at least it will be available for switching editions if/when they notice.

I think this should be deleted, it appears to just be jibberish to me. O ratings 0 reviews. i tried to delete, but it said a super-librarian had to. http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/52...

Lisa, I don't have their profile info. I just stumbled upon them when doing some combining. If I had it, I would.

Well, I'm not sure if I made an error (I didn't notice the year or publisher; if there was, which I guess there was, and I'd seen it, I wouldn't have deleted the edition.)
This one might have to be chalked up to one of my mistakes. It's not my first one. I like to think I've made very few and I hope that's the case.
