Wendy, that's because he is a man. Period. Aren't they all pretty much overgrown children, no matter what age? LOL! But I totally see what you are saying. And I am only 10% in and just loving everything this story so far.

I'm also sorry, I've finished it. I agree with all your spoilers. This book is really special. Havoc is unbelievable. Both he and Cory's relationship with Nolan provides this new, added nuance to this story that wasn't present in the other stories and I think it's brilliant. The rest of the Horde are great as usual. I LOVE HAV! Can't wait to chat with you all about it. Enjoy, enjoy!

I find him to be a compelling character in his almost child like way of handling things... like he has stunted growth with interpersonal communications and understanding of women.
