I think it's a high school setting. Maybe senior year. Heroine moves to live with her aunt because her mom is mentally ill and maybe got put into mental home or died. Starts dating a guy whose girlfriend died around a year ago. He lived across the street from girlfriend that died. And later on they find out she was the sister of his girlfriend but never knew. She and the sister that died shared a dad but his wife wouldn't let him have anything to do with her because she was conceived through his affair with her mom. Anyone know the name of this book? I read it about a year ago and now can't find it.

I think this book has a headshot of a blonde girl on cover; is that correct? Is one of the girls named Olivia? She moves from Texas to California.
