Cole M. Does anyone else think that teresa is extremely round+dynamic in this book? also other gladers.

Aaron Chu-Carroll Definitely Teresa, (even though she totally sucks), but also every other glader, the insane experience made all of them change, except Chuck cuz... ya know

Cole M. Yeah of course, the only other characters that are not round are frypan. He is soretove plain and depressed

Cole M. I think that this makes the book intresting with the contrast of very dynamic/round mixed with flat/static

Masoud Nabi I think that by being able to see the characters change from flat to round really helps the book since it shows how the character develops throughout the book. Also, it helps the book since you can tell what a character will do when he or she reaches a conflict.

Cole M. It touches the plot to, making these different characters turn from static to dynamic and from flat to round. Or even going from round to flat or dynamic to static, it makes the reader make observations and inferences based on the way that the characters

Masoud Nabi true and that's one of the reasons it is so good!

Cole M. yeah, its an amazing book.

Sieran Yes! I'm so glad I'm not the only one who finds the main characters round and dynamic. :)

Kelly Brigid ♡ To be perfectly honest, I don't think any of the characters were that well developed. Teresa and Newt, I would say, definitely have the most character growth, but even that wasn't that much.

Cole M. Well when Teresa did her ¨mission¨, she changed and developed, when she met Thomas in the shack, more character development, even though there is not much character development, but Dashner definitely made sure to central in on one or two characters.

Masoud Nabi I agree with you cole Teresa definitely did develop and it James Dasher had made sure that the development wasn't just centered around her, it was centered on multiple characters.
