SOLVED. School age read about ghost children [s]

I read the book in around 2009-2011. It's a chapter book.

All I remember is that the narrator was a girl with a younger brother. They lived in the woods. There was a house that an old woman died in and haunted. Later on you find out the narrator and her brother are ghosts too. I believe the cover has a picture of the house.

I know this is a really vague description but I read it so long ago and I've been wanting to read it again!
