SOLVED. YA Dystopian Novel [s]

So I was on a plane and they had a free sample of a book, so I only read the first few chapters, but it went something like this (I'm slightly worried that I'm adding parts from other books to this description...):

I think it's set in the future... There's a girl hacker who lives in a bunch of trailers and finds some folder about herself. She needs a special hard drive that some hacker dude makes. She's hanging out with her friend who gets her all dressed up to go to a bar... I think she has to hide a tattoo or marking of some sort. At the bar she meets with a little guy who has a squeaky voice and he has this posse because she thinks he can get her this rare part that she needs. He sees her marking thing and tells these two guys that are visiting from maybe the government? They're leading recruiting efforts but really they're looking for this girl.

The hacker girl proceeds to beat some guys at a video game at the bar. She's super attracted to the recruiter guy and doesn't know why...

That's all I remember :( any help would be SOOOO appreciated!!!!
