Throne of Glass, loved it!!

I just finished Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell like half an hour ago and I'm still freaking out (and haven't done any work on my English essay that's due on Friday...today's Wednesday...)

I can't decide between:
Panic by Lauren Oliver
The Maze Runner by James Dashner
Legend by Marie Lu

What should I read next?

message 18: by Amanda (last edited May 02, 2014 04:43AM) (new)

Amanda I'm reading now Throne of Glass (Throne of Glass, #1) by Sarah J. Maas and I'm very excited about it. I had finished The Goddess Test (Goddess Test, #1) by Aimee Carter but it was a little disappointing, and alhtrough I have Goddess Interrupted (Goddess Test, #2) by Aimee Carter I don't really want to start it. I'll likely start Rebel Belle by Rachel Hawkins or Through the Ever Night (Under the Never Sky, #2) by Veronica Rossi , because since I already read The Maze Runner (Maze Runner, #1) by James Dashner , I will reserve The Scorch Trials (Maze Runner, #2) by James Dashner while the group read the first book.

I have digressed a bit, rigth? xDD

Did you like TFiOS? It's one of my favorite books :)
How do you like The Host so far? Unfortunately, I haven't read it yet, but it's been hanging around on my shelf for awhile.

Code Name Verity by Elizabeth Wein is a fantastic historical fiction. Often I find that books of this genre are pretty boring, but definitely not this novel!

If I Stay (If I Stay, #1) by Gayle Forman This may be short, but it's poignant, beautiful, and worth reading even for those who don't read contemporary typically.

Ooh, nice reads, Kasey! :) The Mortal Instruments series is one of my favorites. How do you like TSWGO? I've been wanting to read it upon heavy recommendations from the fabulous John Green, but I haven't yet.

Awesome! I am so glad you enjoyed. I remember my first time reading City of Bones, it was absolutely magnificent. The series gets even better--in my opinion, the best book is the 3rd, followed closely by the last (6th). Keep me updated with your progress, please! :)

Cecilia (ailicek) I've just finished Paper Towns by John Green and The Maze Runner (Maze Runner, #1) by James Dashner And I don't know what to read next, I have a few options: The Scorch Trials (Maze Runner, #2) by James Dashner Throne of Glass (Throne of Glass, #1) by Sarah J. Maas or To All the Boys I've Loved Before (To All the Boys I've Loved Before, #1) by Jenny Han Which would you recommend me?

Awesome reads, Cecilia! :D Did you like Paper Towns and The Maze Runner? I believe the latter's movie adaptation is coming out in about a month (:

Personally I recommend Throne of Glass--the first 50 pages or so were a tad slow, but then it gets seriously awesome.

I'm so, so glad that you love this series <3 Welcome to the fandom ;)
Cassandra Clare is one of my favorite writers. I highly suggest you read The Infernal Devices trilogy before you read City of Heavenly Fire (TMI book 6) because there are spoilers. If you don't know already, it's a prequel trilogy set in Victorian London and equally as fantastic.
City of Glass is probably my favorite book in the series, enjoy!

I take your suggestion and the next book I'm going to read is Throne of Glass (Throne of Glass, #1) by Sarah J. Maas although I don't have the second one on the trilogy
