Hunger ----- chapter 33 (view spoiler)[ I'm finding this one a little harder to read. It's a little boring. It has a few enjoyable parts but not as good as the first book. Hoping the rest of the series will be better.

Finished Hunger a few days ago. Realized I never posted my thoughts (view spoiler)[ this was an interesting second book. It had its high and low. Don't know if I enjoyed it as much as the first but excited to see how it goes from here with the 3rd book.

overall I liked it. I liked the twists and turns that it took. But what I really like was the writing. At times I found it to be slow but in the end the author has created a book that works and readers can enjoy. (hide spoiler)]

i got the audio books, so i can do about one a day on Thursday-Saturday, but it'll take me a bit to get through them on Sun-Wed since i work those days and have been taking someone to work so i haven't been listening to books while i drive.

I can tell you now that they probably will not be reading 1 a day.. How do you get through 1 audiobook a day??? It takes hours for one!

coz you can't read at your own speed you've gotta listen to narrator's

Both my audio book apps let me increase the speed of the book. Hoopla only lets me go up to 1.5 but Overdrive lets me go to 2x's the speed. so a 8hrs book only takes 4hrs. 1.75 would be perfect, the 2x ones sometimes sound like robots so i tend to just do 1.5

I can't understand the double speed on a normal youtube video, so I have no idea how you concentrate. Even with a normal audiobook, I can't follow the story.

The Youtubers i follow already talk super fast so ive never tried double speed on there so idk how it compares but at 1.5 it sounds as fast as it does when i read books in my head

I'll be starting maybe tomorrow! I don't think I'll have much time today and I'll be doing audiobook l so it'll take me no time at all to read. Max 3 days, but usually only takes me 2.

I'm starting it as soon as i finish the audio book i'm on now, so probably tonight i'll start book 1 :)
