I thought I saw this request on here but I scrolled down almost 10 times and did not see it. Anyway, I would like for the h to have already had the child by the H, but she can still be pregnant too. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you.

"Meant to be mine" by Becky Wade or "This time with love" by: Kimberly Rae Jordan. I like "Meant to be mine" best of the two.
What are you all talking about? All I wanted is suggestions for books where the heroine had a child by the Hero and he didn't know it. After 2 days it got moved to Unsolved. There are other requests that have been on the General list much longer. I don't understand why my request got moved so fast? I know there are books out there with this storyline. Was I asking in the wrong list or the wrong way? Tell me, and I'll do it the right way next time.
and
The Heroes both don't find out about having children until well after they are born.
The Hero doesn't find out about the pregnancy until she is pretty much just about to give birth. Here is a link to a "Secret Baby" list that has 200+ books on it. There are also many more Secret Baby lists and you can check out tags too. :)

Look for book by Elizabeth Lennox she has the kind of books you are looking for. For example here are some of her books that i have: The italian's passionate return, the tycoon's toddler surprise, the sheik's pregnant lover, the sheik's sercret twin, the sheik's rediscovered lover. You may want to check out books by Leslie North also. Here are some others Lost and found groom by Patricia McLinn, Texas heaven by Kathleen Ball, The tycoon's revenge by Melody Anne, Dane by Liliana Hart, Inked by Everly Drummond and The brands who came for christmas by Maggie Shayne. Just to get you started.

When I first saw this thread it was in the "general" section, which is not where book requests of either type go, so I read it and moved it to Unsolved. Apparently I read through it too quickly because you were looking for multiple recommendations rather than a forgotten book.
Now the request is in the right place - "requests for books in general."
Any time you are looking for recommendations of any type, please post in "requests for books in general." If you are looking for one specific forgotten book, please post in "Unsolved."
Being in "Unsolved" doesn't mean "sorry, we tried, but your book can't be found..." (It's not like the police department's "cold cases file.") Quite the opposite, it means the request for one specific book is currently Unsolved but people are still looking and trying to help. Threads will be kept open indefinitely, as long as the poster wants, whether they are in "Unsolved" or in "requests for books in general."

Love, Rosie by Cecelia Ahern is very similar to what you want, I haven't read it myself however I believe it follows the Heroines life over a few years.
Who Brings Forth the Wind Christian Historical Fiction. Heroine is separated from husband he didn't know she was pregnant.

I can say that there are many Harlequin Presents/Mills & Boon's Modern titles have a secret babies plot. Look for titles that have 'secret', 'pregnant', 'surprise', 'baby' and 'child' to get you started.
