And how did you come to that number? I know how much I have spent on books in the last decade, but I've been collecting a lot longer than that. I know my books are really are priceless, I'm just curious to figure out what my library might be worth just from a monetary viewpoint. Thanks.

Erin *Proud Book Hoarder* (erinpaperbackstash) I really have no idea. Definitely a few thousand. A lot of them were used but not all, and I have over 2500 now.

Zouagie | 41 comments I just started collecting my own library about three years ago, and am also picky. With just about over 300 books I'll say my estimated value of my collection would be about over two grand give or take. Considering some of them are collectables and hard to get.

Karen M | 418 comments Easy, priceless! If you love your books and would not part with them (unless you had to) than they have infinite value to you. If you asking how much I've actually paid for my books, I don't even want to think about it.
