I have a duplicate (identical) Kindle edition showing of this book. I can't correct this myself as it has too many reviews on it. Please can a super-librarian deal with this?

The "Kindle" edition on GR which shows ISBN-13 as 9780992881900 - was it published as ebook in other formats?

No, there's only ever been one ebook format - the Kindle version.
