HELP WANTED: Romance/Action book series recs about a half-demon (or demon) guy and a human girl

I'm new here, so I posted this before in the Wicked Lovely book discussions because I was confused how the site worked.

Please do not recommend anime or manga to me; I'm itching to actually read a series.

In the past, mostly I have read romance series about Vampire or Fairy guys and human girls, but I have gotten bored of that. Are there any book series anyone knows about that have these conditions:

-human girl falls in love with demon (or half-demon, or quarter-demon) guy (preferably not a vampire)

-human girl does NOT have a boyfriend (i have seen so many books where the girl has this regular boyfriend named like Josh or something, it gets really boring really fast). And also the girl always seems to be new to her school and her parents are divorced and everyone hates her at first. I find this really cliche.

-it's an action/romance series or book with a good ending (the ones I have read, like Wicked Lovely, has good action and drama!).

-the series is for highschoolers and/or adults

Hi wepwep, after a quick look through my books, I'm not sure I have any featuring a human girl and a demon. I have a LOT of demon series, but most have a female who's some sort of supernatural or has some sort of abilities, not straight human. The closest I found was Lisa Desrochers' Personal Demons trilogy, (human girl, demon & angel) - .
