I second the Ward BDB series suggestion, maybe Immortals after dark by Kresley Cole?

Black Dagger Brotherhood is my all-time favorite series. I highly recommend that one. Kresley Cole's Immortals After Dark is my 2nd favorite.

I haven't read any of the other series except for the first book in Singh's Angel's Guild series (which was an excellent book as well).

My vote(s) are the same as Valerie's.

I'd also recommend Duvall's Immortal Guardians (#1: Darkness Dawns).

Thanks yall I've read the BDB and loved it and my all time fav is IAD I haven't heard of the Darkyn by Viel I will have to look into that .... Currently I'm on the Angels by Showalter Love love the angel theme and The Lords popping up... So now I can't decide to stay with Showalter and do the Alien Huntress or Singh's Angel blood which I liked the first one but I like a different point of view in series and Angels blood has the same couple in each one doesn't it?

With Nalini's Guild Hunter series, you'll have the two mains (Elena and Raphael) featured in the first three books, then others within the series are the focus:
#4 Archangel's Blade: Dmitri & Honor
#5 Archangel's Storm: Jason & Mahiya
#6 Archangel's Legion: back to Elena & Raphael
#7 Archangel's Shadows: Ash & Janvier
#8 Archangel's Enigma: Naasir & Andromeda

In the books that feature Elena & Raphael you're getting to know about the others who get their books later on. Despite it having a more UF w/romance feel vs true PNR with a new couple's HEA in each book, I highly recommend the series.

Thanks Step, I didn't realize it was like that I did enjoy the first one so I will definitely continue on with it .... And maybe the psy changeling also .... Oh but I forgot I was going back and reading the rest of the BDB .... Just as soon as I read this last Showalter Angels in the dark book ....So many books so little time ....

You're welcome. Oh, I DEFINITELY recommend Nalini's Psy-Changeling series! 100% I thought you'd already read/started that one.

You've made me remember how much I enjoyed and miss Showalter's Angels series. Wonder if she's planning on more of those - I read #3 in 2014, I think.

Loving #3...Thane!!!! Wish there was 10 more of these... I looked it up and there is 2 more TBA so hopefully soon the next LOU is not til next year

GTK, I'm glad there's a plan for more. Long wait though - 2 yrs. Guess that's the way when the author has multiple series going at once.
