I'll have to look out for other titles by her; I really liked her style of writing. My daughter's seen the film, but I hadn't even heard of it! Another to look out for.

Now I'm into the second one - and I'm totally obsessed/excited to see what happens next!!!! Has anyone else read this series?

I really liked both of these!

I enjoyed this movie too...just watched it last year with my son as they were reading it in school!

I'm still hoping to start A Game of Thrones in late summer or early fall!!!

No I didn't read the first one, but it hasn't prevented me from getting into this story.

In paper back from the library, The Firm My first by him after all this time despite hearing so many good things about him so lets see how it goes.
I'm also reading on kindle- A Child al Confino: The True Story of a Jewish Boy and His Mother in Mussolini’s Italy which is a different take on WW2 and the Holocaust period. Its very distressing as is the period in which it covers but I am still nonetheless enjoying it, its a fantastic read and such a different take on a well known story, it covers jews in Italy as opposed to jews in Germany. Brilliant!

Sarah....I loved Katherine!

LOVE....The Bronze Horseman...hope you enjoy it!!!

I have this on my TBR. I'll be anxious to hear your thoughts on this one.

Still finishing up a few others too! Sometime this week I will also start
Handling the Undead!!
