Thinking about a Q and A???

So, yeah, I'm trying to figure out how to do a Q and A on my universe. I have three books, but guess I should take it down to one? But which one? The most recent?

Then I'm just not sure how to set the whole thing up. I've been trying to look up details, but I guess I'm just not very good at navigating this site. I'm also worried that no one will show up (hate to sound stupid here).

So I'm asking you groovy people for any tips or "how too" kind of information you could lend?

What do you mean a 'Q and A' like a FAQ for your world? Like a cheat sheet for the concepts? What do you hope to offer people by doing this?

I have to confess, D.J., I'm not quite sure what you're asking. I have the same questions as Sarah. Also, it seems that you feel you need to unpublish two of your books? Why?

I think he means to restrain the Q & A to one book out of three. The whole thing is usually done to start discussion about a book or a series.

I don't know how it works either but I do receive emails asking me to answer trivia about books, etc done by authors on this site. I'm guessing that's what D.J. means.

As to which book, I'd go with the first one since the more people have read it and they might be more inclined to answer.

I've never done it but I'm guessing you might be able to send a email to all the people on your friend list with GR. Someone may answer you on that.

Oh! That could be. I used to do the neverending quiz quite often when I was new on goodreads. I never thought about adding any of my books to it. I'd actually forgotten about that.

If that's the case, D.J., there is a thread called "General Goodreads Questions" started by Amanda. She or someone else might be better help if you want to re-ask the question there.

Hmm, let me try this way: One of the ways that Goodreads has listed, that you can create buzz for your book (series) is to host a Question and Answer event. But I'm having a hard time learning how to do this. Information has not been easy to find. Not trivia.

If I'm reading right, you want to turn on/off the question and answer feature. Go to your dashboard, where all of your books are displayed, scroll down below your books, and you'll see it.
