This is everything i remember about the book:
The main characters are siblings a boy and a girl, the girl has the ability to turn into a dragon as well as gain another's ability through touch. Once she touches someone she doesn't just get their ability but she also gains the knowledge of everything about the ability.

Another thing I remember is that her and her brother are looking for others like them, and move to a town where they believe there are a family of people with abilities, but not everyone in the family are related.

Also that the main female character find her soul mate who is a guy in the family.I also remember that in the family there is a woman who can read peoples intentions and a male that's a fire starter. do you remember when you read it? was it a new release at the time? did you read in ebook format or print?

It was about three or four years ago, not sure if it was an ebook or hardback :-/

It neither of them :-( but thanks for looking.I remembered something else she gets her dragon shifting ability from her grandfather but no one else in her family has the ability. She also able to shift into a wolf, she got the ability from someone else (with her touch bility) but she doesn't realy want to shift to a wolf because in this series all werewolfs in wolf form follow the order of the alpha.
Also her brother can shifts into a wolf.
