I remember reading this book my freshman year of high school so about 2004. It was about this blonde vampire that had been turned BC she had a husband and a child at the time, and the time was set in the current year. She had just broke into a office and either killed the guy that was working there or trying to solve his murder. Any ways she started following the guys son around and even joined his high school and was in his classes, he had a girlfriend at the time. Anyways, he either reminded her of her husband who had died a long time ago. The guy broke up with his girlfriend and was turned into a vampire, but he refused to drink anyone's blood so she was worried he was going to die or something and sometimes he'd sit outside his ex girlfriend's window while she was crying because everyone thought he was dead. I think it was multiple books in one book when I read it so it might of been a series.
