SOLVED. Book about urban legends with monster on the cover

There a book I remember reading and I think it was during middle school. It have a monster, I think it was the Jersey Devil, on top of a car or a building with people looking at it. It also look like a thunderstorm is going on in the cover. It basically tell a bunch of urban legends and I think it was aim at kids. A lot of the stories have supernatural elements to it, especially ghosts although there are exceptions. Some of the stories are:
*There a woman who see a hitchhiker. She go past him and see him again and there a knife instead of a thumb. She trying to get away from him and the car is running out of gas.
*There a man who go to a restaurant after being on the highway. One of the employee is cleaning the same spot even though it really clean. He come back after forgetting his wallet to see the restaurant is no longer open.
*There are some people who went into the woods in England. While driving the woods is haunted and there are woman going in front of the car.
*There another story involving a bunch of people. A gerbil get into a woman breast and cause her to shake. A man notice and try to pin her down. A woman see him and punch him. This is really different from the other stories because there wasn't any supernatural elements.
*There a old woman and some bikers. The bikers say something and the old woman drive over their bikes.
*There are some stories about ghost hounds.
*There a story of a levitating hand and a woman warding it off by making a cross with her hand.

I did some searching and found the book.
