In need of new books to read!

I'm new to Goodreads and I just joined this group. I'm in need of new books to read. Some of my favorites are Divergent, Obsidian, City of Bones, The Hunger Games, and Vampire Academy. Any recommendations??

There is this book called Blythewood (Carol Goodman) that is really really good. I think it just got turned into a series/trilogy. Also the Matched trilogy. Lastly the Wildefire trilogy by Karsten Knight (sorry if I mess up any author names) is also really really fantastic.

Rayanna, I`ve heard that as the series continues, some people began to hate it. Is it because something bad happens to a favorite character (without spoilers) or because it got slower and less interesting? I`ve put this book off for almost a year because of this, and have been eyeing it on my shelf a lot lately.

Hmm, I've never heard that the series gets worse as you continue reading it. I have only heard positive things, which is one of the reasons why I have read it. Well to be honest, the only book that I didn't seem to like as much was Crescendo, the second one in the series. But that's not because it wasn't interesting, it's just because one of the characters became something I just didn't like. The best one to me is Silence. And from silence to Finale, I think it's amazing. I was recommended this series, and I literally read it in a week. It's one of my favorites. I mean everyone is different; it sort of depends on what you like. If you like Fallen Angels? This is a read for you. If you like teen fictional romance books-- again I recommend this. I hoped all of this helped lol.

Oh okay, thank you so much! Yeah, the only fallen angel type books I`ve read are The Mortal Instruments and am currently reading The Infernal Devices so I`m excited to see how things are explained and the different aspects of the world in Hush Hush. I think it might have been just Crescendo that people ranted about and maybe thought negatively about the next two because of this? I`m not sure, but I`m glad you enjoyed the series and I will be reading it soon! :D

you should ready The Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer! I just finished the first one, Cinder, and it's absolutely amazing! five stars! I'm on the second one, Scarlet, and I am not disappointed!

You see I liked the first book a lot...the second boon to me was so horrid it took me a month and every time I think of it I want to cry and kill someone. Gideon was a douche and Gywneth was so desperate, stupid, whiny, and weak I wanted to kill her. Plus, I kept looking for a plot that didn't exist. I HATED it
