Salem gritted her teeth and closed her eyes, focusing on what she was doing. For the babies...
Sparrow took out his paints and painted his giant calico cat. He missed her and not being able to ride her here.
He watched with a detached look going across his face.Patrik placed his hands on her shoulders.
Declan looked over at Dani.
The woman pursed her lips.Salem's eyes flashed open and she tensed until she noticed it was Patrik.
The man looked over at the womans clipboard and tapped one section of writingPatrik gave her a look
"I'm not going to let anything happen to you. But those babies wont wait forever."

"I'm working on it," Salem murmured, clenching her teeth.
Declan smiled lightly at her.The man looked at her
Patrik nodded, trying to use his own power to calm her down.
The woman scowled. "At least tell me what's wrong with it.""Pat, don't. I need this." It'll keep me going...

The woman narrowed her eyes but went back to watching the prisoners.
"I feel...like...I need to push," Salem groaned. "Should I?"

Patrik nodded"Yeah Go for it."

Declan caught a glace of them out of the corner of his eye
"What's that?"
"Nothing," she said quickly, pulling her sleeves farther down.
Declan reached for her arm"No what."
"Nothing," she repeated, kind of sharply.
"Dani." Declan said firmly gripping her wrist
He flipped her wrist over and pulled on her sleve.
Dani wanted to cry and run away and hide forever and possibly slap him and kiss him and rip her hand away.
"What have you been doing?" he asked sounding a little sad.
"Nothing," she said, trying to keep her voice from cracking.
"Shit!" she shouted, laughing hysterically afterwards.

Declan pulled her close to him and breathed her in.
Dani pressed her face against his chest, trying to hold back tears.
"You're my girl, I'm sorry that you feel you need to do that." Decllan said softly

Salem closed her eyes and shifted around until she could get her pants off.
Dani shrugged. "It's been happening for about a year now."
Patrik put a blanket under her and then one over her legs.Declan looked sad for another moment then said
"You should have told me."
Salem opened her eyes slightly. "Thanks Pat," she murmured. He probably didn't understand how much she was glad to have him with her at that time.
Dani closed her eyes. "I'm sorry," she said quietly.
"You're welcome Salem." Patrik said easily "It's ok Love." DEclan said truthfully.
Salem pushed with the next contraction, biting her lip to cut off the sounds that crawled and tore at her throat.
The man looked at the woman"Is Waverly at pur disposal?" he breathed
Declan shrugged
"We'll get through it."
