Creepy Deepy Death Note. Also, Target!

Hey guys, long time, sheesh. Sue me, seriously!!

Anyway, so I've been working at Target for about a week now. My review in one word would be: Meh

Honestly, working 8 hours straight is soo not fun at all. Since it's my holidays, when I'm supposed to 'have fun', I'm actually doing my 'job' for like 32 hours a week! Ugh..so tired. My feet especially pains a lot after these long shifts. Some employees say I'll get used to it but who knows.

During my semester I'm only allowed 20 hours max a week, so thankfully I'll be doing my job only in weekends. I hope I can do that with my studies, cuz I REALLY need some mon hun.

How was my first Christmas in Canada? Meh.. (lol I'm not that boring/negative in real life :P)

My Uncle's family (with whom I'm living by the way) don't really celebrate Christmas. But there has been soooo many family invites and celebrations and stuff. In fact, TOMORROW is a party in OUR house, at about 6:30 pm, where there will be more than 30 people. And MY job is from 10 am to 6 pm, WHICH IS NOT COOL!!

Humph, I think I'll be more positive towards this job if I get my income as soon as possible. Gosh can't wait for Next Friday.

At the end of this year...on the advises of thousands of fans. I'm finally watch Death Note. One episode a day. Cuz why not. Who has seen tomorrow!

I hope I stick to this plan at least, to watch one episode per day. Shermurr...

Anyway, I just watched first episode, and DANG!!!!! This is soo creepy. The protagonist is handsome enough, and his name DOE! But...jeez he's like a creepy evil scientist!

And it's just the freaking first episode! I have a few predictions of what could happen next, but those are just stupid wild guesses.

But if I would be in his place, I would have probably taken an year to even make a decision. Judging my lateness in everything, I'm 110% sure of it -_-.

That's all I got for now. Now I'll finally update this thang everyday since I'm still sticking to my plan of watching the episodes everyday. :D

Plans..and Death Note.

Okay, first lemme reason for NOT watching Death Note everyday. We had two Christmas parties simultaneously and that too after I came home tired from job. Today was finally my holiday so I relaxed and watched movies and stuff instead of..you know, PLANNING fir everything ahead which I REALLY need to*facepalm*

But I'm still stuck to my plan of watching Death Note. So I just watched Episode 2 and HOLY MOLY I really like how things turned out right now. Absolutely unexpected. It was expected though (I didn't put this to confuse ya), because the plot is still building up. And, yeah, I don't think I should even try to predict and just enjoy the show, because things can turn up or new things can come up in ANY WAY POSSIBLE!!

I do have one question for those who have watched this episode though. (view spoiler)[ Am I the only one expecting this 'L' to be hotter than Light?? I mean, come on, his intelligence is equal to Light/Kira but like he COULD be hotter! Also, why aren't there any female roles in this?? Not fair dude. How am I supposed to make OTPs without it?? Those are actually two questions and just minor spoilers but DANG I wanna know who has already watched it.

Anyway, many comments ahead are gonna be very small because I'll be reviewing each of Death Note's episode. I'll probably watch one more tonight.

Ep. 3- I am sooo into this right now. Things are really interesting now. (view spoiler)[ What I said about Shinigami before...see?!?! They're not THAT scary..just not that..friendly. Also, I kinda not like Light. Like okay I really really admire his intelligence, but like, he's been too into killing criminals and all, which is technically killing people. The world is not all black and white dude. The news about criminals is NOT ALWAYS CORRECT! What if he's killing off innocent people who were just misunderstood or 'suspected' to be a criminal?? But then again, the killings are drastically decreasing, and Light already knew that he would have to give up his humanity to be the 'God' or whatever.

Jeez, why do animes have such interesting topics??

I would soo like to say that I don't like the protagonist at all. But OMG these episodes are getting more and more interesting like WHYYYY. Okay...just one last more k?

One and only holiday

So today aka the FIRST date of the very New Year was the ONLY full day holiday I had maybe for the next 3 months. Why you may ask. See, my semester will start from next Monday. 5 days packed ever week! Seriously, my class schedule is so messed up that I have one class which is definitely at 8:30 am. And then my work, which I will do on Fridays Saturdays and Sundays.

Jeez, so today was my first full day holiday of this year, and probably the only one for a couple of months. Shemurr..

Oooonnnnnn to EPISODE 9 OF DEATH NOTE *DUN DUN DUN*

Review: HOLY SCHIST! That was....EPIC! (view spoiler)[ NEVER in a million years did I expect L to just come up and be like 'I'm L!' GODAMMIT SUCH A GAMBLE IT WAS!! I AM COMPLEELY FREAKING TEAM L!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, a general advice to L: Don't bring out too much attention to yourself with your sitting style and outfit and all. I mean, yeah you're different but you shouldn't SHOW that..



...you know what FORGET IT!!! I'm wrong. After all, that's what brings you and Light to the BIG difference. Light/Kira is all about hiding his true self, being too perfect every moment. L/Ryuga doesn't hide his personality or style...just his name. A few weeks ago, his face too.

Also, am I the only one to think that Light seems even more cynical in a dress? Dang, he's totally coo-coo about being the God or whatever. (hide spoiler)]

Episode 10: Everything is on a new level now. Level 2, that is. So many quiet discussions and conversations. DAMN! I mean, how can these two be so smart?? DEATH NOT EPISODE 11 Review: The Shemurr?? Okay...I can see two possibilities from here (view spoiler)[ Either the girl is too stupid to die quickly by either L or Kira...or the girl is even smarter than Kira and will co-operate EITHER L or Kira. Jeez, most likely the second. But gosh, I already don't like pretentious girls...I've been having lots of headaches thanks to them...but this one...I already don't like her at all. She seems interesting though, that's all. (hide spoiler)]

Episode 12: Very Very interesting. But I really don't like some of the characters...because they're so effin Evil!!(view spoiler)[ THE GIRL DOESN'T GET EVEN A BIT AFFECTED WHEN SHE GETS TO KNOW THAT A SHINIGAMI LOVED HER!!!!! WHAT AN EFFIN COLD HEART!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh My Gosh...these two would actually make a great pair. But I really really want her to slip up and get caught by L.

Episode 16 Review: HOLY SCHIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wowza...that was...so surprising. I had a light suspicion (heh, the pun) but he actually did it. (view spoiler)[ I feel like L is losing again. Light definitely has a plan..which involves risking his memory as well. Now THAT was a HUGE Gamble...a Gamble even bigger than what L has done in previous episodes like telling Light he is L or showing officers his faces. That was nothing compared to THIS! AND HOW THE EFF DID THE CRIMINALS GOT KILLED?!?!?!?!?!?!??!!?

Please L...you gotta find a way to catch Light. I think Light might remember the buried notebook in the ground. And of course Ryuk said 'See you later'. Can Ryuk not pick up his notebook then?? Hmm..maybe not. Then definitely Light will become Kira again. And L won't be able to prove that. DAMMIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, I'm so sad seeing Light's father like this. Poor dude. I'm pretty sure he's gonna die soon, because Light made a promise to execute Kira himself if his father dies, TWICE! That definitely has to do something with the plot. It's soooo obvious how old his father looks and he already had almost heart attack. So his death (and I'm very sad about this) would not be too surprising. (hide spoiler)]

After writing the spoilery stuff..my heart has calmed down a bit. But dang, that plot twist was A-mazing!

Episode 17: This episode was just cray. I feel like I had a whole rollercoaster ride in this one. Half an hour of awesomeness, all contained in this one seriously!! (view spoiler)[ So...Light isn't Kira anymore?? C'mon he just HAS to remember about 'a' notebook buried in the ground, RIGHT??? And how EXACTLY is this business of Kira going on??

My eyes were soooo filled in the end of first half of this episode. I mean, I KNEW this wasn't gonna happen. But first, seeing his father's reaction when L was explaining him the plan...then him taking Light and Misa to execution and then trying to kill his own son and all...I KNEW THIS WAS A PLAN BUT DAMMIT IT WAS TOO GOOD! It got my eyes filled with tears (of course I didn't shed any BUT THAT WAS TOO GOOD). It ALMOST got me dude!!!!!

And then the second half was pretty funny in between. I can't believe Light can ACTUALLY be THIS good. I mean, didn't he just hate criminals BEFORE Death Note and didn't he want to Always become very powerful from the start? He has to remember that...his lust for power and all, right? *sigh* *after a minute of thinking* Or maybe he got greedy after he got the Death Note, because he KNEW he could be powerful. But gosh, he actually hates Kira?? Wouldn't he kind of agree with Kira's action..even a little bit? But then again I think because "Kira's" action affected both his lives and his father's...he hates him.

What about Ryuk though....the biggest mystery of all right now is.....did he get apples or not?!?! XD (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[ Honestly, I'm wondering what makes Light and L different, besides the fact that Light 'used-to-be' Kira and thus had his own sense of justice. I mean, right from the second episode or so..I considered Light 'evil'. But if we COMPLETELY put the Kira thing aside, which is what happening right now..he would be pretty nice, which I considered in only Episode 1 (a thought I almost forgot). DOESN'T MEAN I LIKE HIM!! Light still created this MASTER plan of having a 'Kira-team' before he forgets about Death Note. It was too much..but probably the only complicated way to make himself innocent. So again...too smart and too evil. But actually...more smart than evil. TEAM L FOREVA!!!!!!!! (hide spoiler)]

Episode 18: Awww....(view spoiler)[ The headquarters is pretty cool...and the pros of underworld...And Light is with L...now that's what we're talking about! They can be caught up on easily with both of them together. But...did Light/Kira planned anything AFTER that??? He has to...he always wants to win, right? He just has to...there has to be some complicated masterplan.

I feel so sorry for Aizawa...but happy too, for his good future. Phew! At least he won't be dead. I also feel a bit sorry for the dead weight guy..sorry forgot his name :P.

First, I almost got a heart attack because I was expecting the regular addictive song of the episodes, But the music started with a rock guitar SO FREAKING LOUD it gave me almost heart attack. Then the craziness of the pictures, dang I liked that


But it went on to crazy... I kinda like that

Then more craziness.. I was like O-okay.

Then they got slow and repeated the same sentence again and again and I was like...this could be addictive

Then they got faster and faster with the same sentence


THEN THEY GOT ABSOLUTELY CRAZYYYYYY LIKE 500% CRAZY LIKE WHAT THE EFF!!!!!!

Episode 20: Aww Misa is sooo cute. And..um..not very smart. But I still like her! (view spoiler)[ And jeez, L and Light still keep fighting, EVEN they are together. Of course, L's speculation is EXACTLY what I believe, that Light might have planned in the past to get the notebook again(or what L thinks 'become Kira again'). TEAM L TEAM L!!!!!!!!! I really really like the inside puns they're sharing; like 'We both die or we catch Kira.' DAYUM! What a quote! (hide spoiler)]

Episode 21: Gosh, please don't let the episodes head where I think it's heading off to... (view spoiler)[ Misa obviously supports Light whether he is Kira or not. And she DOES have a brain...but she uses it only when it's somehow related to Light. And now she knows that Light used to be Kira. She could tell him the truth...

And hey, I didn't know that Light killed only those criminals who were actually criminals. I always thought Light was evil because he just killed criminals without being sure of them as criminals. I honestly don't know what to say about that..

But really, is killing criminals the only way to let the crime finish? This is such a trick question. And what does L think of this? Does he really consider Kira as a criminal because he kills people? No..he might be considering Kira's powers as evil, not particularly Kira. And if Kira's powers can be passed (aka the Death Note), it's even more dangerous.

Oh, I just remembered one of the previous episodes where they were discussing how the power is bad and the one who has the Death Note is actually very unlucky. I get it now, and I agree to it. Really, just imagine you have the Death Note. First of all you'll have to stick with a Demon the rest of your life, unless you wanna get rid of the notebook. Ok that's not really a problem. But ok just imagine that you legit have the power to kill people just by knowing their name and face, would you use it?


Light always hated criminals, just like his father, but before (and after) he had the power he couldn't himself do anything to punish them. When he had the Death Note, he had the ultimate power to 'kill' them. He considered killing as a form of punishment, because he just had two choices: let the criminals free, or be a criminal himself and kill them all.

2) Mellow and Near taking positions just like Kira and L in the very end...I just can't...get this image out of my head since I'd thought of it. I hope that doesn't happen...but the vibe coming from Mellow is not that good.

Episode 29: Should've guessed by the title...they don't reveal anything but they definitely give out that feeling...(view spoiler)[ Light's father was a great dude. He's the real MVP! At least he was glad...even if it was a lie. Really sad about his death..but it was all bound to happen...all because of Light. I don't know if Light will die or not..I just want him to die. But it would be even better to see him failing again and again and again..just like now. It feels too good. That's what you get when you go against L!!!!! (hide spoiler)]
