This is an unusual request. I know the book is called frozen. Its about a boy under going physical thearapy after a virus leaves him paralyzed. What i cant remember is who wrote it! Read around 2002

Because i was hoping to avoid sifting through 100 pages of search, i thought i would see if someone recognized it first.
I found it turns out i had the title wrong. Thaw is the book i am thinking of. Now i feel dumb, i was so sure it was called frozen.
