The cover is different, but it's just because it was used the cover for another popular Italian edition: all the other data match (year, publisher, secondary author; the "ISBN" of the duplicate is not valid)

Kindle & ebook editions classify as separate editions, so therefore it stays.

Yes, I am sure that they are the same. The first link I provided had the author misspelled as "Susan Halter". I changed that, but than this book (#6 in a series) showed up twice on the author´s list.
