Both are valid editions on GR, one the Kindle edition with ASIN and one ebook edition with ISBN

There are a ton of "books" that have shown up that are really just wikipedia articles. Or something. See, for example, https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...
A lot of them seem to list "Jesse Russell" as the author: https://www.goodreads.com/author/list...

Dude needs to stop getting credit for books he didn't write, son!

Unfortunately some readers don't check before posting a review, so there are some for the wrong book there. Unfortunately that cannot be fixed by anyone except the Reviewer.

All done and recombined. Doing more work on Luis Sepúlveda - many duplications and a lot of missing data there...

What if no response is received on a post after a certain amount of time has passed? How is that handled so that it is seen?

A polite reminder never goes amiss :) The numbering issue is just because it makes it more likely to have something missed...
