Create a new topic with the title of your journal and based on the title put in the correct folder (alphabetical). See here for a better explanation (in spoiler).

Btw, I figured out the problem, and that might be the problem for Braelin as well. GR website (like the actual website, not the app) on phones and tablets won't let you create or delete stuff for some reason
