You just have to add it to your list and then put it on a separate shelf. But yes, it would be much simpler with a special button.

Though I usually don't add books people recommend me I do still appreciate the gesture. Every once in a while I get sent a good one.

I like recommendations, I may not rush right out and get it but I have learned of some good books from recommendations I didn't know about.

If you get a recommendation, there is an "ignore" link on it ... which is the same thing.
