SOLVED. YA boy with cleft lip starting new school in year 5 [s]

Hi All, my daughter would like to find the title for a book about a boy about ten years old with a cleft lip who is starting a new school maybe year five. The boy has an older sister at high school.

Sorry don't know which country the book is set in, we are in Australia, so that's how my daughter is describing the year/grade level.

Cover is blue, possibly showing a profile of the boy's eye and nose. No idea when or where it was published.
