"Panicking won't help anyone.. Yes I am concerned, why do you think I'm keeping count of his heart rate.." Nico said softly. He frowned.
Troye shook his head slightly.
Nico fell silent. He felt helpless but had no idea of what he could do. He listened for the sirens, trying to stay calm.
Leo's heart rate kept speeding, causing his breathing to slow down every second.
Nico could hear sirens quickly getting louder. "Leo, come on. Don't give up now.." He said softly.
Leo was unconscious but that didn't mean his ears didn't work, he tried to slow his heart rate, but couldn't, the fear of losing Nico was too much for him, his wounds were beginning to bleed even more.
"Leo. You have to calm down. Please. I'll be right here, just try and calm down. You're not allowed to leave me behind." Nico grabbed the towel he had brought in and pressed it against the worst of the wounds.
" Did you make some kind of pact when you were younger or something?" Troye asked when Nico said Leo wasn't suppose to leave him behind.

Nico didn't answer Troye, still talking to Leo. "You're doing good Leo. You'll be alright.." Nico whispered, his voice cracking.
Leo's breathing came back but his heart rate kept speeding up.
"Your heart is still too fast. Keep taking deep breaths. You're gonna be fine." Nico said, still checking his heart rate every few minutes.
Leo was unconscious still, but was able to function his breathing.
Nico bit his lip nervously. He could hear the sirens really close now.
Leo awoke suddenly from unconsciousness, he grasped his heart, the pain was too unbearable for him.
Nico frowned. "Troye. It sounds like the paramedics are outside, go get them." He said before focusing on Leo again.
" Neeks, the pain, Both my heart and the cuts, it's to unbearable for me," Leo rasped clutching his heart.
"I know. People are here. They're gonna help you.." Nico whispered.
Leo closed his eyes, Troye had gone downstairs and gotten the paramedics, and Leo's dads, " Lee!" Leo's dad said as he reached the room, Troye amazingly held them both back.
Nico frowned. "It'll be alright Leo. I promise." He whispered to him.
" Neeks, do you love me?" Leo asked in a raspy voice.
Leo nods, " I love you too Neeks," Leo says as he blacked out again.
Nico backed off to let the paramedics over to him.
Troye had to struggle to keep the two adult males from going into the room,
"Troye. Let them in.." Nico said softly, still focused on Leo.
" Are you serious, I've known them for years, they'll get in the way of the paramedics," Troye answered.
Nico looked at Leo's parents. "Troye will let you in. Only if you promise to stay out of the paramedics way..." He told them.
They both nodded and Troye let them in, they rushed over to Nico, asking him series of questions about what happened.
Nico answered the questions calmly. On the inside, he was panicking and honest wanted to get out of the room though.
Leo's father almost fainted from the news, Leo's stepdad sighed, " come on you guys lets look all over his room for any other weapons or blades," Leo's stepdad said.
Nico nodded. He bit his lip. "I'll be back in a minute. I need to get some air.."

Nico glanced at Leo before leaving the room. He went out into the front yard.
Leo's heart rate was way down low, past the normal rate, the paramedics started freaking out and working more on Leo.
Nico paced outside, talking to himself.
Troye went downstairs where Leo's brothers and they boyfriends and girlfriend stood worrying about the young boy they all cared so much for, Troye went to the front yard to watch over Nico.
Nico had the hood of his hoodie up, hiding his face. He paced from one side of the yard to the other, his arms wrapped tightly around himself.
" Hey, you okay Nico?" Troye asked.
" Leo's gonna be fine Nico, he'll live, he won't leave you," Troye says.
"It's my fault." Nico muttered. He kept pacing, biting his lip.
" Well I can't argue with you there because you were using your head instead of your heart at the time," Troye says.
Nico didn't say anything more. He bit his lip so hard, it began to bleed.
Troye didn't move, but he was nudged aside as they brought a barely alive Leo out of the house on a gourney.

Troyes phone rang and he groans, he answers it.
"Nico!" Leo rasps, he had woken up moments ago wanting Nico.

Nico tensed and walked over to where they were loading him into the ambulance.
" He's been wanting you for ten minutes now, and he wants you to ride with him in the back " Leo's stepfather says.
Nico frowned. "You or his father should go with him. You're his parents. I'm the reason this happened.." He replied.
