SOLVED. Book about teenagers in Lake Oswego, OR [s]

I cant remember the name of the book, I think it had blue and pink hearts on the cover. I think it was about a group of teenage girls, one girl lived in Lake Oswego, OR, and she stole things from department stores because her parents were rich and ignored her. Another friend met an older guy on a tropical vacation or something.
Any ideas?
