SOLVED. I love my cat with an A (and so on throught the alphabet) [s]

There is a book from when I was a child in the 80s and early 90s that started out "I love my cat with an A. His name is...." and it went all the way through the alphabet. I know that the H one was "I love my cat with an H. His name is Horatio." I CANNOT find this book anywhere...the last line of the book is something like "I love my cat with an XYZ. There's really nothing more to say."

It's Martin Leman's Comic and Curious Cats! It was one of my favourite books when I was a kid, in the early 80s.
