... about a girl who goes on holiday to New Jersey for the summer and works in an ice-cream parlor.
- The book is from different viewpoints, and while the main character is working, she meets a guy who also works in the ice-cream shop.
- Basically, everyone eventually makes their way to New Jersey.
- One of the characters is cheated on by her boyfriend.
- Another one of the character's is named Annie.
- The main character goes off with a rebellious group of teens.
- There is a party at the beach and they sneak into a rich beach house and try to rob it.

If this helps, the cover is two girls and a guy sitting at an ice-cream parlor, and we see them from the back. The guy is in the middle and he's with one girl, but has his arm around the others waist.
