Hi, I'm Terri and I grew up in the 70s and 80s reading lots of Horror books, among other genres. I remember the librarian scolding me for checking out such "trash" and did my mother know? Yep, I read hers when she was finished.

Hello!I'm Refe and I am new to the group. I write books for kids, including a series of books for middle schoolers that plays off Mary Shelley's FRANKENSTEIN and some of the classic monsters her work would later inspire. FRANCES AND THE MONSTER came out last year, and the sequel, FRANCES AND THE WEREWOLVES OF THE BLACK FOREST his shelves August 22, both published by HarperCollins.
I'm always looking for new reads, so I'm excited to dig into some of the recommendations and discussions around here.
