Hi Martha, welcome to the group. There are some very fine fantastical horror books out there as well as dark fantasy that blurs the boundaries of fantasy and horror quite nicely.

Hello! I'm Kalypso!I used to read a lot in my early teens but stopped for whatever reason. I've been trying to reignite my love of reading and since I have loved horror since I was a child I decided why not discover some horror books while I'm at it. Hello I’m Ella but some people call me Vex because of my user! I’m mostly into fantasy, mystery, and sci-if but I’m trying to find some more horror oriented reads. I’m really into anything plague/apocalypse related (TLOU currently occupies most of my mind) as well as ocean and space stuff. Hey everyone. I am new to good reads, and super excited for this group! I have always loved anything and everything horror, from movies, to tv-shows, to books. Some stand out horror books for me, so far, are: Lives of the Mayfair Witches by Anne Rice, The Ruins by Scott Smith, and Bag of Bones by Stephen King. Looking forward to finding some new favorites! :)

Hello ! I'm Vladimir, and I've loved horror since childhood. I'm an illustrator who mostly does eroguro and fantasy work.
I haven't read much fiction besides school requirements, some of the infamous classics, and a handful of exceptions, but I'd like to get back into reading what I can. Most of my reading is historical texts, letters, codices, research articles, etc. I study ethnology and that's where my passion lies, haha.
I used to enjoy reading fantasy, but I've been having a hard time getting back into it. I've been craving Southwestern Gothic and found a rec thread here for Weird Western. Plenty of interesting books I added to my list. Decided to join the group to find more potential reads.
Excited to be here.
