Hi everyone! Happy new year - I’m fairly new to the horror genre, it’s probably only been 12 months.
I’ve been loving - paranormal, slasher and gore.
Hopefully I can make some friends and get some good book recommendations.
@Kamila: Greetings and welcome! Some great choices to enjoy in horror as you came to the right group! I found a ton of new authors thanks to this group and great recommendations :-)Enjoy and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
Hi all and Happy New Year! Looks like a nice group to join. I started reading horror not long after I learned to read I think, lol. I got more into sci-fi in high school, but now have been getting more into horror again it seems. I signed up for the decade challenge, and I'm starting with one of my favorite books (even though I've read it already), Carmilla (1872).
Cheers!
@Jim: Welcome and very awesome! So glad you're getting more into horror as this group is an amazing one :-D
hello, i am hopkin! i have long been a super fan of horror films, and it's getting to the point where i feel like i've seen everything worth watching haha. so now i am turning to horror literature. hoping to get some good recommendations through this group :)
@Hopkin: Welcome, my new friend! LoL that's always a good thing as I'm the same way, I still need to see "Smile" and "Barbarian" one of these days and will get there :-)

He plays in local metal bands here in Central Ohio and records his own music as well. As for me, I just listen and appreciate it. 😂 Looking forward to seeing you around the group and Goodreads!
