Hello,I am new to the book group thing, but thought it might be a good way to find new and interesting titles. (I am always searching, sometimes for hours for new books.) I like paranormal stuff, end of the world, some zombie, disease and pandemic and religious demonology etc. Just read Kingdom of Bones and actually enjoyed it although I don't read that type of stuff normally. Have read all the Dominic Gray books and loved them and recently found a serial type novel of which I read the first two installments called Rise Sons of Light and Darkness which is sort of in the same vein, really like that one not at all expected. Look forward to hearing any suggestions.

Hi -.- I fell off social media for a few months, detached from the few (2) friends I had, tumbled into a reading slump and got b*tch slapped by Depression and kidnapped by her sister Anxiety.
Luckily, I have a cat named Autumn and she rescued me . So anyways, this is my attempt at hopefully making friends and reading again .

Hi everyone! My name is Cora, and I've recently rediscovered a love for horror books. It's not the only genre that I read, but I particularly love supernatural horror & gothic horror (so ghost stories, "paranormal activity"-type stuff, classics...). Hi Rose, If you are looking to read something uplifting, I would like to recommend Alexander McCall Smith's No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency books. They're about as far from the horror genre as you can get, but they are very comforting and gentle ... a great escape from reality.

@Bones: Welcome and cool nickname! LoL mine is simply "LTJ" which are my initials, I think it sounds cooler than just Luis but that's just me! That would be awesome if you jump into the June group reads, I think you'll really enjoy them, we have so many great discussions :-)
