My name is Julia and I'm a huge fan of everything horror: movies, comic books, video games, art, etc. However, I haven't read that much horror and I'm always looking for new recommendations. Plus, I haven't joined a book club before and would love to be a part of book discussions. I'm particularly interested in folk, ghost, and monster horror but I'll read pretty much anything.

Hi, I'm Lacy Snow (from rally reviews) and I am new to the group. I have tried to join in on the books for about three months but, I can never get the books in time. I do not buy tons of books because of limited space and i hate reading on a screen so i figure i will join in if at some point i can get a book for it. I will i could know a month ahead of time to try to get the book for it. thanks.

If you want to chime in on group reads and buddy reads, even if you're a little late to the party you can still add comments to the thread. Not everyone starts right at the beginning of the read.

(I still haven't started this month's one group read, myself... I usually have some I squeeze in during the last week.) We try to set the nominations up mid-month for the following, and polls shortly after. Hopefully this allows more time for people to get copies from libraries, etc.
Good Morning to everybody, the sun is shining and its all good at the moment. Perhaps as a 'all things spooky' author I should be wishing for rolls of thunder and an all pervasive fog...but no I prefer nice weather :) So I hope all is well with you guys and look forward to more discussions.
