Every month, we will put a polls and nominate 3 people, the members will vote for the person they want to ask question.
For example if Arpit (Couldn't think of anyone else) :P wins the polls, we will ask him some questions to know more about him. There can be serious meaningful questions and people like me can ask some crazy and funny questions. :P
Of course if Arpit doesn't want to answer a particular question, he can skip it :P

I won't like Arpit to skip too many questions but if the questions get to personal or are about something he doesn't wanna talk or share then he gets the liberty to skip them :) :PDo you think the other esteemed member will let Arpit in peace if he decides not to answer a single question? :P

I guess, the former part of the month will be for questioning and in the latter Arpit can answer the questions, or he can do it simultaneously :P A week is too small, I am lazy I won't be able to form questions in a week (only).

@ Gehna- I like the idea, its very intresting but how will the nomination process works? If we nominate pepole the same way we do for botm, then its possible that the lesser active members wouldnt get the chance? I am a little confused about this.
I was thinking that I will randomly put three names of the active members but I will also allow write in answers so that if a person wants to nominate himself or anyone else, he can nominate that person too.
