I'm paired with you and I've chosen a book I've just reviewed: Amie An African Adventure http://amzn.to/1JCOlKL

James Joyce (james_patrick_joyce) I'm paired with Jan.

I had some difficulty because we have very little in the way of overlap. Luckily, you had hundreds to choose from.

Heist Society (Heist Society, #1) by Ally Carter
I settled on Heist Society because the premise sounded fun and interesting. I hope you enjoy!

I'm partial to that book and want more people to read it. I was in a bad relationship when I read it and really opened my eyes to a lot of things about myself. I like the author too, seems genuine and passionate. I can pick another if you prefer?

message 124: by H.M. (new)

H.M. Flath (goodreadscomharryflath) | 47 comments I am paired with Heather. There are many books on your 'to read' list that I have read, that is was fairly simple to choose something for you. I've made two selections, both of which should be readily available at your local library and I have read and enjoyed them both. Hope you can get one you like:

The Thorn Birds by Colleen McCullough or/and
The Templar Legacy by Cotton Malone

Happy reading.

Eve (evilous) Hi this is my first time. I got paired with Geri and I admit to never having heard of any of the books on the TBR so after some searching I decided to go with Archer's Voice by Mia Sheridan

Liis (cvr_2_cvr) Tana wrote: "Ok Liz I found one I would love for you to read and tell me all about it, I even added it to my list to read.

Consumed by S.E. Grayson Consumed by S.E. Grayson"

Hi Tana ,
I have finished reading "Consumed" by S.E Grayson and here is what I thought of it:

"Consumed" found it's way to my TBR list because I had come across the author's work on Wattpad, a 3 part series (if I remember correctly) called "The Bones of the Demon King" and it was really really good!

"Consumed" was a fast paced book with clever twists and "whodunnit".
In Consumed, much like in The Bones of the Demon King, you'll keep guessing until the very end who the killer is as the author keeps giving new little hints and clues, throwing the reader off track.
There were slight problems with Consumed- some grammar errors, few repeating facts (in the beginning only) and the writing came off slightly robotic. But overall- well worth a read!

I don't know any of the books on the Sept 2015 pick it for me list and the other link didn't work for me. I just went with your oldest book on the Sept 2015 pif list - little girls lost

I hope its good!

message 144: by Liz (new)

Liz (LizMax) I tried on my home computer and got the link to work - how about A Land of Ash? Once again, same logic, since I don't know any of the books you picked.

The person that I was a partner too just sent me a private message that she cannot do this challenge & I would still like to if you have anyone else without a partner, I am still ready to be someone's buddy.

Thanks!

message 148: by James (new)

James Joyce (james_patrick_joyce) If I were picking, Jane, I'd give you
Rock with Wings (Navajo Mysteries, #20) by Anne Hillerman
Rock with Wings by Tony's daughter Anne.

I've read a number of the Leaphorn and Chee books that her father wrote, but clearly not as many as you.
