Halaena looked up at the girl surprise. Someone was being nice to her? "Sure. That would be great. I have an interest in music theory. I'm learning how to play in my spare time."

When they started to talk about books, she had kind of wandered of and sat in a chair, after finding an easy book. Brows furrowed, she had started to read. An actual book was way harder than just a sentence. She sighed and ran a hand through her hair. This was difficult.

"Yes, I was." She pulled her husband to the side, "I am not sure when it should be, but maybe in a week. But my point is that I thought that we could look at the girls for their talents and dancing, plus they act..." She started to trail off as she tried to think of more ideas.

Halaena finished the book she was reading and walked over, returning it to the place she retrieved it from. Looking over the shelves quickly, she stopped in front of a selection of older books and skimmed over the titles.

"Any free day dear?" The queen asked the king. She had to make sure that there was a day the could talk more about it.

"Oh I'm reading the fine arts of dace how about you?" Mary Ann said to Amelia

Smiling, she drew out one particular book she found interesting. Piano theory, which she hoped to put into practice as soon as she read the book. Returning to her seat, she proceeded to read.

Savannah noticed another girl, closer to her, who was reading as well. Smiling, sh got up and sat next to Halaena. "Hey," she smiled. 'What are you reading?"

Halaena looked up surprised and smiled at the girl warmly. "Hello. It's a book on piano theory and sheet music. I'm Halaena by the way."

The continued to wait for the king's answer.

"I'm Savannah," she smiled. She was surprised that it was a book about piano theory. "Really? Do you play the piano?" Sh asked, smiling. "I think it's a beautiful instrument, just a little big," she chuckled.

She nodded. "Nice to meet you Savannah. I play a little, though I have never really had any spare time to master it." Halaena turned in her seat a little to face Savannah. "Do you play anything?"

She smiled and nodded. "Nice to meet you too. I'm the same actually," she began, running a hand through her hair. "I play the violin, but only a little. I didn't have much time to practise at home," she explained.

Halaena nodded smiling. "Which Caste are you, may I ask? It doesn't matter to me, but it would give me a deeper understanding of how much spare time you are likely to get. I'm a Three, so when I'm not studying I only have a small amount of spare time."

Savannah felt a little insecure of her self, and after hearing her words, she wasn't sure if she should tell. But than again, Halaena told her own caste. "I'm from Seven," she said. "It just determines what I do, but it doesn't mean anything else," she muttered.

Halaena gave her a friendly smile. She didn't think the Castes meant much other than official standing, and she treated Twos and Sixes no differently to each other. Returning back to her violin skills, she nodded. "That's wonderful. It would be lovely to play together sometime." Even if the were 'competition', Halaena would still like to be on good terms with everyone around her.

The queen glanced over at the two girls talking; she tried to hear what they were saying.

Savannah smiled at her words. "Well, that is a great idea, though I'm not sure if they have a violin here," she said, chuckling softly. "So, you said that you study? What do you study?" She asked curiously, watching her. She had never thought about studying, because it had never been an option.

Halaena laughed softly and quietly for a moment. "I believe they would have everything here. However, on a more serious note, I really do hope that they have some music instruments around somewhere." She remained quiet as Savannah asked her question and smiled. "I am just finishing my last year at school, so it is a bit of everything."

The queen continued to listen to the conversation, "We actually do!" She added in as she informed them.

Halaena's smile grew as she heard the Queens words. "Oh how lovely. I haven't had the chance to play the piano in a while. If it is alright to use it, of course."

Maryann went to the queen "oh thank you your majesty for the book. What's your favorite book? I don't have one I love all types of books."

Savannah nodded and smiled. "That's clever," she said, being genuine. Studying more subevts led to a greater knowledge. "Oh really?" She beamed at the Queen's words. Sh was really happy about tge music room. "Same here. My hands are iching to play."

The queen smiled, "Yes, you may, but there probably will be a sign up or something..." She started to trail off as she turned back to the king, "Okay, we will talk in the secret room." She winked at him.

"Thank you, Your Majesty," Savannah smiled at thr Queen, happy about the fact that she could play again. She hadn't in such a,long time. She then picked up something else. "A ball? Really?" She smiled at the pair. Sh had never been to a ball before. She couldn't help but smile as she heard th Queen about the secret room.

The queen took the king's hand and squeezed it, "How about high noon?"

Savannah got up from where she was sitting and walked towards the two, making a curtsy. "Your Majesty, I didn't get the chance to introduce myself earlier," she smiled at the King. "I'm Savannah."

Savannah smiled back. "Well, I'm sure you both have much to discuss," she said, smiling. "I heard something about a ball? I didn't mean to eavesdrop or anything," she said, stumbling a little over her words, blushing. "But I've never been to a ball, so..." she smiled shyly.

Iliana watched everyone talking with a smile. She enjoyed listening to people more than she liked talking as she was half afraid someone would be able to tell her past from just a few words.
