Finished reading
, I liked it even more than the first book. The authors have never managed to disappoint me so far. I keep dreading that their books might lose their charm. I think I've read over a dozen of their books within this past year.

I just finished reading Rock HardNot an original premise but I liked the slow building and realistic(as much realistic as can be) scenes amd the hero*swoon*

You should just skip the fourth and read rock chick revenge first.Ava and Luke are arguably the best couple in the series:)

I recently discovered Mariana Zapata. So far I've read her Kulti and The Wall of Winnipeg and Me. Both are really good.

Hey! I blindly read anything that Reid writes. I am saving that one for a rainy day :)
Ipshita wrote: "I found Kulti to be even better than Winnipeg. Hope you like it too!"Even better?! Great! :)

Oh gosh! It's out already? I quite liked the first book in the series. Besides, theses double letters' titles work for one of my challenges perfectly :D

It's out and if it's better than the first one if I may say so;)
I just read The Heir and the Spare. I absolutely loved it -- couldn't put it down! A really charming YA romance, well-written with crackling characters. Great read.
I just read The Melody Lingers On by Mary Higgins Clark. I so enjoy this author. She never disappoints me.
I finished reading Mariana Zapata's
. It was a disappointing read to say the least, especially after having read her

Finished reading The V Girl. Gruesome and nightmarish. *Shudders*And the Sleigh Bells in the Snow by Sarah Morgan. Very mediocre unfortunately.
I haven't found many good books that were released this year. Last good book was Beard Science by Penny Reid and that was back in October :/
I just finished reading
It was good, but two books in and nothing's happened between the main characters. Waiting desperately for the next one to come out at the end of the year.

Oh it's so frustrating when that happens! I hope the next book is better.

I finished reading
It's pretty good and I loved the characters. Although it was a teensy bit disappointing on my part that I figured out a big secret/spoiler long before it was explained. Really good book nonetheless.

I have to say I really liked it, but there is a lot of sex so you have to be prepared for that lol

Yep. I have a mind to start the next books in the series ASAP.

Wrecking BallJust finished reading wrecking ball...it was Mariana Zapata style book so it was so obvious that i would like it and it was good upto the 80% mark. The author pulled the worst climax ever. Trust me.
I just finished Passenger by Alexandra Bracken and it was a fabulous read. I haven't read a time travel story for a long time and this really got me back into it. The characters were easy to like and the movement between timelines kept it interesting. For YA fiction I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys the genre. :)
I just finished reading a fantasy romance that really touched my heart. It was a story about an arranged marriage and how two completely different people, who were raised in separate kingdoms, had to learn to get along with one another. The two main characters were well developed. I liked that the author made the heroine as a strong woman character. I was instantly attracted to the hero of the story and that's important to me. The change that overcame each character as they got to know one another was done well. It's called The Alliance of Isian written by Serena Clarke. This is a series but each book can be read separately. It was written for both YA and adults and I really loved it. The Alliance of Isian
I recently read the fourth book of Winston Brothers series,
.
I liked Beau's book a lot more than Duane's. But the third book remains my favourite of the series.

Isn't that interesting. Usually its the first book that grabs people and the 2nd and 3rd don't compare to how good the first is. haha. Apparently that isn't always the case.
Yes, usually the first book has to make at least enough of an impression for me to continue with the series. But this one was quite the inverse, the first one was mostly an average read for me.
