I keeo running out of space!

message 273: by [deleted user] (new)

@Sarah I hear you on running out of space! My pictures were just my overflow as my mother calls them. The books I don't have room for in my bookcase!.

I need a whole room just for my books!

I need at least 1 room! It would be so cool to have my own library ☺

message 275: by Tati (new)

Tati Yeah, space is a big problem for me as well... But I do miss having new books in my shelves. Thing is, here in Brazil is hard to find books in English (I mostly import them through the bookstore). This means that there is no such thing as nearly a whole floor dedicated to YA books, and they're not translated fast enough...

message 276: by [deleted user] (new)

My bookstore does not have a huge section for YA books and I'm in California. It makes me mad. I go there looking for book 1 or 2 in a series and they will have book 2 but not book 1. Or if the series is longer they have like book 3,4,5 but not 1 & 2. I end up ordering most online because of that and it's a long drive to the one the is "near" me.

message 277: by Sarah Elizabeth (new)

Sarah Elizabeth (bookworm_sarah) | 90931 comments Mod
I don't even remember the last time I went to a proper bookshop, I buy 90% of my books online through amazon or awesome books ☺

message 278: by Tati (new)

Tati I love Amazon! But their shipping rates to Brazil are outrageous...

message 279: by [deleted user] (new)

I use Barnes and Noble and get free shipping.

message 280: by Tati (new)

Tati Do they ship internationally?

message 281: by Sarah Elizabeth (new)

Sarah Elizabeth (bookworm_sarah) | 90931 comments Mod
B&N's international shipping rates are higher than amazon's. I've looked before.

Tara | 182 comments I was thinking that I could not read Into the Still Blue because it was published this year, but since other sequels have been added, would it be safe to say sequels can be used (if you have read the earlier books in the series) even if it were published this year?

message 288: by Sarah Elizabeth (new)

Sarah Elizabeth (bookworm_sarah) | 90931 comments Mod
Yep, because Into the Still Blue is part of a series, and you'll have been waiting for it from when the second was released (in theory), it will count for this challenge ☺

I do the same! I find myself getting the e-reader version of a book and really liking it so I get a physical copy too!!

I have a lot because I can never give any up so I have some from when I was in middle school.
