I have only participated in a month of the December 2013-2014 (I just wanted to test my feet in the water) I do not have any books that I did read only one by the author. Can I choose to others from my read list?

if you don't have any books that you have read during the challenge that work, then any authors that you have only read one book by the author works - does that make sense?

I think these might fit the task:

Read my first (and only) book by Cassandra King in Oct 2006 - so now I will read Queen of Broken Hearts by her.

Read my first book (and only) by Lisa Unger in Feb 2014 - so now I will read Sliver of Truth by her.

I've just started the Seasonal Challege...

If I read a book for this season by an author I've never read before and use that book for a separate task, can I read a second book by the same author and use that book for THIS task?

I want to make sure that I follow the heart of the task.

I'm going to say no Pat - I had considering putting new authors this season isn't the mix, but decided not to - so any author you have only read one book of PRIOR to the March 1 start date ;)

Does it have to be a book that was claimed for points. For instance I read some that I didn't get a chance to post before end of challenge.

Yes it does - you need to be able to say which task/season and if u didn't post it - our wonderful mods couldn't verify if they wanted

I've selected my two authors. Once I post my finished task here and get the points verified, can I read one of those authors again for a different task on this season?

yeah, as long as you've only read 1 book by the author, then it works
