The Harry Potter Series By J.K. Rowling - Reading Books 6+7 from November 1st 2018

I have already read it. Years ago. But I have wanted a buddy read for a Harry potter book for a long time.

Yes that's okay. I'm at a concert but I will read it later tonight.

They have their good and bad times (Mostly bad). But I really did not like they way they treated Harry in this one.

Hagrid is great and I think what makes him so great is that he has been through so much but won't allow it to break up. He just stands up taller.

Poor Hagrid :((( He just wants an animal to love and they keep takin em away

Sorry for the intrusion. XD

YES YES YES! The plot twists in this series are amazing! I never ever see them coming and the way JKR fits everything together is pure genius.. I can totally understand why these books were such a hit.
The only complaint I have is I wish there was more of a romance aspect but I guess I can understand that these kids are still pretty young.. I'm crossing my fingers for a little bit of romance in the next 3 :)

It is a reread for me.

I don't think the Dursley's were ever likable.

I would kind of prefer if we did it a little later in the month because I am a little behind in my other buddy reads...

Reading "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" from the 14th of November 2016

No matter how many time I read this chapter, I'm always amazed by how brilliantly JK Rowling started the book.

Synopsis From Goodreads
Harry Potter is lucky to reach the age of thirteen, since he has already survived the murderous attacks of the feared Dark Lord on more than one occasion. But his hopes for a quiet term concentrating on Quidditch are dashed when a maniacal mass-murderer escapes from Azkaban, pursued by the soul-sucking Dementors who guard the prison. It's assumed that Hogwarts is the safest place for Harry to be. But is it a coincidence that he can feel eyes watching him in the dark, and should he be taking Professor Trelawney's ghoulish predictions seriously?
