Graphic novels are OK for 10 point task, so as long as it's on your popular book's list you're good.
The Ultimate Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is on my friends' popular books list. However, this is a collection of the five novels in the series. If selected, would I be allowed to read just one book in the collection as per general rule # 12, or would I need to read the entire collection to complete the challenge?

Read a book that's popular with your GRs friends. Go to your friends list by either clicking on the friend icon (the one that looks like two people) on the top bar next to your profile avatar or by going to your profile page and clicking on your friends. At the top of your friends page, you will see three tabs--friends, popular books, and add friends. Click on the tab that says popular books and read a book listed on that page. Required: Include the date you found the book on the list when you post.
