Book about a little brother who accidentally kills himself in front of older brother? *may have ending spoiler.

I remember the cover was white with an orange rabbit skin pinned, if that makes any sense. The small fragment I read was about the two brothers arguing about what I think was the remote control, but it's possible that I'm mistaken. The younger brother then takes a gun and accidentally shoots himself. I think I read somewhere that in the end, somehow, the truth was the the older brother really shot the younger one. Help?
